Theremin

This is my first app, I don't have a team working with me, so if you're having any technical problems, I'll do my best to fix them for you. It may take a little while for me to get back to you, but don't worry I'm listening.

On this page is support for both the iOS app and Chrome desktop app.

Before you contact me, please try these steps first:

Apple iOS

  1. Make sure your sound is turned up and working. If you're not hearing any sound follow Apple's guidelines.
  2. Close, then reopen the app. You can do this by double pressing the home button to see a list of open apps, and then swiping the Theremin upwards to close it.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Update your device to the latest version of iOS.

If none of these steps fix your technical problem, please send me an email describing what happened, the steps to recreate the issue and your device and iOS version.

Chrome Desktop App

  1. Make sure your sound is turned up and working. Try playing a youtube video in the Chrome browser to test.
  2. Close, then reopen the app. If the app has frozen or crashed, try force closing by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc if you're using Windows and Command+Option+Esc if you're using a Mac.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Check your Google Chrome version. Is it up-to-date?

If none of these steps fix your technical problem, please send me an email describing what happened, the steps to recreate the issue and your Operating System (OS) and Google Chrome version. These can be found by typing chrome://version into the address bar.
